Set or reset your MAD Login password

Forgot your password, or never set one? Get a reset link by email and choose a new password.

Open the app you want, for example app.madmonkey.media, and choose Sign in.
Choose Email or username and password, then Forgot your password, or never set one?.
On Set or reset your password, enter the email on your MAD account and choose Email me a link.
Open the email and tap the link. It works once and expires after 15 minutes.
On Set a new password, type a password with at least 10 characters and choose Set password & continue.
You will see Password set. Next time, sign in with your email and new password.

Important: start the reset from an app's sign-in screen. Opening the reset page directly shows Session missing. Just go back to the app and start again.

The link is only sent to the email on your account. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support@madmonkey.media.

No password at all? You can always use Email me a sign-in link, Continue with phone, or the Google or X button instead.
