Custom Audiences let us show ads to people who already visited your page or website. They are the people most likely to book. Meta asks you to accept its terms once per ad account.

Easiest way: we usually send you the exact link with your ad account number already in it. Open it, review, tap Accept. Done.
You need to be an admin or advertiser on the ad account. Use a computer or your phone's browser, not the app.
Video walkthroughA short video is coming here soon. Until then, follow the steps and pictures below.

Option A: with the link

  1. Open the link we sent. It looks like this: https://business.facebook.com/ads/manage/customaudiences/tos/?act=YOUR_AD_ACCOUNT_ID
  2. No link? Find your ad account number: in Ads Manager it is at the top left, under the account name. Put it in place of YOUR_AD_ACCOUNT_ID.
