Accept the Meta Lead Ads terms

A one-minute step so lead form ads on your Page can collect customer details.

Meta requires the Page owner to accept its Lead Ads terms before lead form ads can save your customers' details. It is a one-time step per Page and takes about a minute.

Important: this cannot be done in the Facebook app. Use Chrome or Safari on your phone, or a computer. You need full control of the Page.

Steps

  1. Open this link: https://www.facebook.com/ads/leadgen/tos
  2. Log in to Facebook if asked.

  3. At the top there is a list of Pages. Choose the right Page.

  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Accept (it may say I Agree).

  5. If it already says Accepted, you are done.

  6. Have another Page? Pick it in the list and repeat step 4.
